The Tobacco and Vapes Act passes Royal Assent

After nearly two years of parliamentary back-and-forth, the Tobacco and Vapes Bill received Royal Assent on 29 April 2026, making it the Tobacco and Vapes Act. Since it passed, many parts of the bill have now become UK law.
