Nothing proves the American spirit quite like looking at a massive wall, realising you can't climb it alone, and watching a total stranger offer you a shoulder to stand on. That’s real unity.

There’s a reason we start every single event morning with our hands over our hearts, taking a pledge at the start line. It’s because out on this course, rugged individualism will only get you so far. You're going to need an army of people to actually make it to the finish line.
