Dear TRAPP Customer,

Today, we are pleased to announce the sale and upcoming transition of the TRAPP brand from Faultless Brands to Northern Lights Candles, effective September 24, 2025.

For over three decades, TRAPP Fragrances has been part of the Faultless Brands family, and during that time we have worked to uphold the brand’s reputation for quality, artistry, and distinction. None of this would have been possible without your loyalty and support, and for that, we are deeply grateful.

As TRAPP begins this next chapter, we are confident the brand is in excellent hands. Northern Lights is a highly respected name in the candle and home fragrance industry. Their resources, manufacturing expertise, and long-standing commitment to quality will provide TRAPP with the dedicated focus to accelerate growth while continuing to deliver the products and standards you have come to expect.

Effective September 24, please note the following changes:

Orders: Trapp Fragrances orders will now be fulfilled by Northern Lights.
Phone: 1.800.670.4212 — This is the same number previously used to contact Faultless Brands regarding Trapp products. Please continue to use it for customer service and order placement. It will now connect you directly with Northern Lights for assistance.
Email: To get in contact with your sales reps via email, please use [email protected].
Ordering: trappwholesale.com has been replaced with a new online ordering experience. Your online ordering portal is now live at https://trappfragrances.faire.com. Prefer a more personal touch? You’re always welcome to call in your order at 1.800.670.4212, where our Northern Lights team will be happy to assist you.
Shipping: Orders will now ship from New York. Please plan for potential adjustments in transit times based on your location.
Local pickup orders from the KC DC will stop on 9/19/25
Remittance of outstanding invoices:
- Any orders shipped on or before 9/19/25 must be paid to Faultless Brands.
- Any orders shipped after 9/19/25 will be invoiced from Northern Lights.
