Our superb estate-bottled cold pressed extra virgin olive oil is from SANTIAGO, CHILE. The Mediterranean climate of this region is perfect for growing olives.
The valley where the olives are grown is nestled between a small Pacific coastal mountain range and the larger Andes Mountains. This unique setting allows for warm days and cool nights to help produce the wonderful taste of this fruity oil.
What is Unique about an Estate-bottled olive oil?
The big producers buy oil from around a region and blend it for a uniform, generally bland flavor. This is the composition of most olive oils on grocery store shelves.
Estate bottling means that the oil is pressed from olives grown at one location. Much more attention to detail is paid in the growing and harvesting of the olives.
This estate practices traditional agriculture principles and no chemical pesticides or fertilizers are used on the olives or the trees. As an added assurance the oil has been tested for the herbicide glyphosate.

Superb olive oil!!!!
It is very hard to find olive oil that is bottled at the source in glass..... most farmers are transporting their olive oil in plastic barrels and then bottling at a facility (sometimes traveling all the way to the US, before being bottled). Not Healthy Traditions!!!! This awesome oil is bottled in glass at the source! I can tell you from being pretty into sourcing quality olive oil that the taste is top notch! Smells amazing too. Outstanding real olive oil
This may be the most flavorful olive oil I have ever used. About three-quarters of the olive oil on the market today is adulterated with crappy seed oils or sub-standard non-virgin olive oil. Knowing how passionate the head of this company is about pure food, I feel confident that this is the real deal. Also, it's one of the few oils (olive or otherwise) that feels good to me. Excellent EVOO
This is the only olive oil I buy. It is so delicious and has completely replaced all bottled salad dressings. Just this, fresh squeezed lemon and a sprinkle of sea salt on a salad is all that is needed. This oil and their Balsamic Vinegar is delicious also. I gave some of this Olive Oil to a friend in a separate container. When her Dad asked what it was and tasted it, he said this is the real deal, excellent quality olive oil! The slight peppery taste in the back of your throat when drink some is a sign of the real deal. I can sip this right out of the bottle. People in tropical cultures have known about the wonderful properties of coconut oil benefiting hair for generations. Studies in India have been done on how effective various oils are on treating damaged hair. One study compared mineral oil, sunflower oil, and coconut oil because these were the three most commonly used oils in hair treatment products used in India. The aim of this study was to cover different treatments, and the effect of these treatments on various hair types using these three oils. The number of experiments to be conducted was a very high number, and a technique termed as the "Taguchi Design of Experimentation" was used.
Their results:
The findings clearly indicate the strong impact that coconut oil application has to hair as compared to application of both sunflower and mineral oils. Among three oils, coconut oil was the only oil found to reduce the protein loss remarkably for both undamaged and damaged hair when used as a pre-wash and post-wash grooming product. Both sunflower and mineral oils do not help at all in reducing the protein loss from hair. This difference in results could arise from the composition of each of these oils. Coconut oil, being a triglyceride of lauric acid (principal fatty acid), has a high affinity for hair proteins and, because of its low molecular weight and straight linear chain, is able to penetrate inside the hair shaft. Mineral oil, being a hydrocarbon, has no affinity for proteins and therefore is not able to penetrate and yield better results. In the case of sunflower oil, although it is a triglyceride of linoleic acid, because of its bulky structure due to the presence of double bonds, it does not penetrate the fiber, consequently resulting in no favorable impact on protein loss.
