Tropical Traditions Pure Coconut Oil is a high quality refined coconut oil. This oil is processed the "old" way by what is called "physical refining."
Our Pure Coconut Oil is high in the medium chain fatty acids, such as lauric acid.
Tropical Traditions Pure Coconut Oil is less expensive than Virgin Coconut Oil, and because it goes through a steam deodorizing process the taste is very bland, unlike Virgin Coconut Oil which retains the odor and taste of fresh coconuts.

Much Loved Coconut Oil
I've been using Coconut Oil in various forms from Tropical Traditions for many years. I use it for EVERYTHING--cooking, baking, eating straight from the jar, as a skin lotion, in my hair, etc. I give it to my pets also who sometimes 'ask' for it when they hear the sound of my opening the jar, and use it to soothe their skin and on their fur.
