Celebrating 150 Years of Trademarks

This month, we’re celebrating a rather special milestone. We’re incredibly proud that Twinings has been recognised as the third most iconic trademark in the UK, as part of the Intellectual Property Office’s 150th anniversary celebrations for the UK trademark register.

For more than 300 years, the Twinings logo has remained unchanged - standing proudly above our flagship Strand store in London. Over the years, it’s quietly become more than just a logo; it’s a familiar symbol of comfort, craftsmanship, and connection.
