He shook his head in frustration.

After stepping in the batter's box... excited for a fresh at-bat... and a chance to finally bust out of his slump...

It happened again.

As the first pitch zipped out of the pitcher's hand, it appeared to be a fastball.

Right over the middle of the plate.

A crushable pitch!

But before he could summon the strength to pull the trigger, the ball was already in the catcher's glove...

He looked back at the umpire for confirmation.

"Steeeeerike!"

He was frozen at the plate once again.

That might be the best pitch he sees all at-bat... and he missed it!

If you've ever been in this situation, you know how frustrating it can be.

You wish there was a rewind button that allowed you to have a "do-over" on that particular pitch.

Why does this happen?

Well, you see...

Often times hitters get frozen because they're not truly ready to hit when they step in the box.

Their pre at-bat routine isn't effective at getting them in the right frame of mind to do damage at the plate.

Their mindset is passive... instead of aggressive and ready to attack a good pitch.

But thankfully, this won't be an issue for you.

Once you start using my "Pre At-Bat Checklist," feeling frozen and unable to pull the trigger will be a thing of the past!

This short checklist has everything you need to know to get yourself ready to hit.

You can print it out and hang it up in the dugout for your entire team to use.

Or you can keep it in your baseball bag and use it as your secret weapon... taking a quick glance before heading out to the on-deck circle.

This checklist will help you:

* Create a plan for your at-bat

* Get your timing down

* Stay loose

* Flood your body with confidence

* And get you ready to perform at your best!
