My Monday ritual (and BOGO ends tonight)

It’s Monday. And I’ve been thinking a lot about how I start mine.
I start my Monday mornings slow. Like really slow.
Now that the sun is up earlier, I’m waking up earlier too, but instead of instantly grabbing my phone and disappearing into a scroll that somehow eats half my brain, I’ve been doing something different.
I make coffee. I add a little CBG + CBD tincture to get my head in the right place. And I take a few minutes to actually plan my day, which always includes one thing I can look forward to at the end of it. Nothing big. Just something that pulls me through the day a bit more intentionally.
It’s a small shift, but it changes everything. Mondays don’t feel like something I have to rush through or “get through.” They feel steadier. Calmer.
