We could list 101 reasons why you should come to Magifest this January, but honestly, we’re a little biased. So instead, we asked members of our Vanishing Inc. community for their reasons why they go. Here’s what they said:
"Seeing friends! Magifest’s jamming scene is the best out of any convention I’ve been to. There are plenty of tables, and everyone is super welcoming. Every year I come home with more friends."
"I come every year to reignite my passion for magic. You never know what you’ll see, but there's always something you’d never expect."
"Magifest is the perfect size. It has all the benefits of a big convention (the talent is incredible, the lectures are great, a killer dealer room, etc.) but it still has a personal feel. I’ve felt lost at larger conventions, but Magifest just feels like home."
"I feel like Magifest always has talent that I didn’t know I needed to see. I’ll come for the Guest of Honor, but the other shows and lectures consistently blow me away!"
"It’s the only convention where I feel like I can meet and spend time with my heroes. One year I ended up jamming with David Williamson. It was a moment I’ll never forget."
