Blomberg Laboratories is a collection of magic that’s just a bit…different. Where most ACAAN routines require you to make a “secret adjustment", the version taught in Blomberg Laboratories is completely different.
You introduce a small wooden box. Inside is a ribbon tied around a deck of playing cards. Your participant names any number, and an envelope that has been in full view from the beginning is opened, and a single card is removed. The deck is removed from the box, untied, and handed to the participant. They count down to their freely named number, and at that position is the Two of Diamonds. The card from the envelope is turned, and it matches.
It’s completely hands-off, and the crazy part is that the cards are secretly cutting themselves to put the card at the right number. Different, right?
There’s also "Interlocked Monte," where you use mathematics to decipher whether there is a sharp pin hidden under a row of randomly ordered cups, and "Time After Time," where your participants are able to find their own selections, even after they mix the cards themselves. You’ll also find an incredible Oil & Water, a rubber band and ring routine, Twisting the Aces, and much, much more.
