St. Barths is a place I return to year after year, and somehow it never loses its magic. For me, the island is not about being seen—it’s where our family comes to truly relax. My team does their best not to reach me, and I do my best to unplug. There’s no agenda, no itinerary—just salty air, long lunches, and golden light. There’s certainly a party scene on the island, but that’s never been my version of St. Barths.
Since so many of you loved my Mexico City guide, I’ve been wanting to share more travel stories, and this one feels especially close to my heart. I always leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and a little sun-kissed. Here is my version of St. Barths.

Whether it's a lazy beach lunch or a chic dinner out, eating here is always one of the highlights. For lunch, we always return to Gyp Sea—a seaside beach club with great food and music that manages to feel family-friendly and fun for adults at the same time. When we want something truly special for dinner, we go to Pablo.

Golden hour always finds us at Beef Bar, where I order my favorite cocktail in the world—their take on the porn star martini. I've been going back for it every trip for years. A quieter discovery worth knowing: Ti’ Corail, my little hidden gem. And even though I've never stayed there, I always make time for breakfast at Eden Roc—watching the ocean from that terrace is a beautiful way to start a day.

Slowly. Intentionally. That’s the whole point. We always rent a house rather than stay in a hotel—it makes everything feel more like home. In the afternoons, we move between a few beaches. With the girls, Saint-Jean is our spot—they love it, and so do we. Without them, we escape to Colombier—a beautiful, secluded cove. It takes a bit of a hike, but the reward is completely worth it. As for wellness, I skip the spa entirely—Mélanie comes to the house and gives the best massages on the island.

Packing for St. Barths is one of my favorite things because it’s always super light—I know I’m going to find beautiful pieces once I’m there, so I leave room for them. I always bring my signature scent, Avec Amour. It’s an oil-based fragrance that melts into sun-kissed skin in the most sensual way—warm, fresh, and made for this kind of escape.

One great swimsuit, because I’ll inevitably end up buying more at Monbarth. A pair of jelly flip-flops, my Isabel Marant skirts—my uniform there—a few easy tops, and almost no jewelry, because I know I’ll be leaving with new pieces from Gas Bijoux. My friend Marnie’s curation there feels made for St. Barths—pieces that truly belong to the island. And for the girls, Popie’s is our go-to—the sweetest swimsuits and dresses.
