*Hopper Hotels – Earn 2,000 bonus Velocity Points offer Terms and Conditions
For bookings made between 12:01AM AEST on 1 June 2026 to 11:59PM AEST on 7 June 2026 (Offer Period), Velocity members will earn 2,000 bonus Velocity Points for each eligible hotel booking made with Hopper Hotels at https://www.virginaustralia.com/au-en/hotels, for travel between 1 June 2026 until 26 March 2027, with a minimum spend of $500 per booking (based on the final pricing displayed in the price breakdown prior to booking), and paid for in cash (not Velocity Points). This offer is not valid for full redemption bookings or ‘Points + Pay’ bookings. 2,000 bonus Velocity Points earn is in addition to the standard earn rate of 3 Points per $1 of eligible spend on hotel bookings. Platinum Plus Members will continue to earn their tier bonus Velocity Points separately (an extra 4.5 bonus Points per $1 spent on eligible Hotel bookings).
All bookings made through this platform are subject to Hopper Terms and Conditions. Please note that for bookings made via Hopper Hotels where payment is made directly with the hotel or accommodation, a credit card surcharge may apply.
Velocity Points are not earned on full redemption hotel bookings. For “Points + Pay” bookings, Velocity Points will be earned on any “+ Pay” component. Points will not be awarded for additional or incidental costs (such as in-room charges, early check-in, late checkout and upgrades), cancelled bookings or bookings where stay is not completed. Velocity members must submit their valid Velocity membership number at the time of booking to be eligible to earn Velocity Points. Only one Velocity member per booking (the Primary Guest) is eligible to earn Velocity Points. Points are only awarded following a completed stay. Points will be awarded after check-out and are credited to your account within 1 week after check-out.
This offer, Velocity membership and Velocity Points earn are subject to the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time. reserves the right to vary or withdraw this offer at any time, subject to applicable law. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion, unless expressly stated otherwise.
^Sixt Car hire – Double Points offer Terms and Conditions
During the promotional period of 12:01AM AEST on 1 June 2026 to 11:59PM AEST on 28 June 2026 (Offer Period), Velocity members will earn six (6) Velocity Points per $1 spent on the base rental cost of Australia car hires with Sixt (usual earn rate of three (3) Velocity Points per $1 spent) booked on the Car Trawler site via Virgin Australia (Double Points Offer). An eligible car hire means any booking made on the Car Trawler site via Virgin Australia during the Offer Period for travel between 2 June and 30 September 2026 (inclusive) and where the Velocity member adds their Velocity membership number to the booking at the time of booking. Velocity Points cannot be earned where Velocity Points are used as a form of payment (in whole or in part). This offer will only apply to bookings made through CarTrawler website via VirginAustralia.com, this offer does not apply to bookings made directly through car hire websites. The Double Points Offer does not apply to tier bonus Points earn for Silver, Gold, Platinum and Platinum Plus members which are earned in addition to the base Velocity Points. For car hire within Australia, for every $1 eligible spend with Sixt the following tier bonus applies:
Silver members receive an extra 1.5 bonus Velocity Points;
Gold members receive an extra 2.25 bonus Velocity Points;
and Platinum and Platinum Plus members receive an extra 3 bonus Velocity Points.
Cancelled reservations or reservations not used will not earn Velocity Points. Please allow up to eight (8) weeks after the end of the car hire for your Velocity Points to be credited to your Velocity membership account.
To earn Points, you must be a Velocity member. This offer, Velocity membership and Velocity Points earn are subject to the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.
All bookings made through the CarTrawler Platform via Virgin Australia.com are subject to CarTrawler Terms and Conditions.
