Valid for new Virgin Wines customers only (and not valid for existing Discovery Club members). Introductory Offer is limited to one per household. RRP of the red case is $248 with savings of $159. RRP of the white's case is $256 with savings of $167. RRP of the mixed case is $256 with savings of $167.
By taking up the Introductory Offer, Velocity members will become Discovery Club members who will receive further Discovery Club cases from Virgin Wines. All future Discovery Club cases will be $185.99 per case (plus delivery as outlined at https://www.virginwines.com.au/deliveryprices). Virgin Wines will select a Discovery Club case approximately every 8 weeks. Velocity members will be notified by Virgin Wines via email approximately 2 weeks prior to dispatch of the case. Velocity members are in complete control and can delay or cancel your Discovery Club membership before we commence delivery of the case, by phoning the Virgin Wines Customer Service team on 1300 681 545. If an order is not delayed or cancelled within 2 weeks of receiving the email notification, Virgin Wines will automatically charge the Velocity member the notified price of the wine plus delivery costs and deliver the wine. By signing up to the Discovery Club, Velocity members consent to Virgin Wines holding and using the credit/debit card on file for the purpose of obtaining payment for each case of wine whilst the membership is active.
Virgin Wines General Terms and Conditions
Your order is placed with Wine People Pty Ltd (ABN 41 105 657 154) trading as Virgin Wines, and not with Velocity Frequent Flyer. No sale contract is formed until your order is accepted, and Virgin Wines dispatches the product(s) to you. You must be 18 years of age or over to order wine from Virgin Wines. Wine will not be delivered to persons under the age of 18 years. Most orders are fulfilled within a week but please allow a few extra days if you live in a remote area. Postage charges apply. Virgin Wines does not deliver to parcel lockers or to the Northern Territory. If a wine becomes unavailable, a similar wine will be supplied. RRP is as provided by the wineries at time of printing this offer. All wines (including any substitute wines but excluding any free bottles) are covered by Virgin Wines’ guarantee - If you don’t like a wine, Virgin Wines will refund you in accordance with their terms and arrange to collect the wine at their cost. ^Velocity Points earn Terms and Conditions
Velocity members must provide their Velocity membership number at the time of purchase to earn Velocity Points. Velocity Points are earned on the cost of wine only (excluding shipping). All Velocity Points will be credited to your account within 30 days of placing your order. Active Discovery Club members will receive 3 Velocity Points for every $1 of eligible spend on Discovery Club cases. All other purchases will receive 2 Velocity Points per $1 spent. Velocity Points will not be allocated (or may be reversed) if an order is cancelled, returned and/or refunded. Velocity membership terms and conditions apply, as amended from time to time.
#Virgin Wines Redemption Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply if you want to purchase products from Virgin Wines Redemptions using Velocity Frequent Flyer Points only. These Terms and Conditions should be read with Virgin Wines Redemptions’ Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Velocity membership Terms and Conditions.
The Virgin Wines Redemptions store is operated by Wine People Pty Ltd (ABN: 41 105 657 154) trading as Virgin Wines, Level 6, Suite 6.01, 1 Oxford Street, Darlinghurst NSW 2010 (Liquor licence: LIQP770016550). Orders will not be accepted (nor alcohol be delivered to) persons under the age of 18 years. You are purchasing wine from Virgin Wines not Velocity Frequent Flyer Pty Ltd. Your contract with Virgin Wines will be formed when they dispatch your product(s).
Virgin Wines deliver to most addresses in Australia including PO Boxes except the Northern Territory, dry zones across Australia and Parcel Lockers. Orders are usually fulfilled within a week but please allow up to 14 days. Delivery to outlying areas will be to the agent’s nearest depot. If an offered wine becomes unavailable, a similar wine of greater value may be supplied. If you are unhappy with the substitute, Virgin Wines will provide you a refund.
Virgin Wines are covered by a quality guarantee, subject to certain conditions. If a wine fails to satisfy, for whatever reason, and assuming it has been stored in suitable conditions, and has met Virgin Wines’ wine handling conditions, it will be collected and refunded or replaced (subject to Virgin Wines Redemptions Terms and Conditions). Subject to applicable law and Australian Consumer Guarantees, Virgin Wines does not offer refunds and returns on older vintage and fine wines.
