If you ask me, life’s little rituals are best when they’re kept simple.
Think about brewing your favourite cup of tea or losing yourself in a good book. Isn’t it the simplest moments that breathe such a sense of calm and satisfaction into even the most hectic day?
The simpler we can make our daily routines and rituals, the better. Which is why our latest product is all about keeping things as straight-forward as possible.
It’s a plant based protein powder called RITUAL, and it’s the easiest (and most delicious!) way that I’ve ever found to increase my protein intake!
Let’s face it … most of the protein powders on the market are far from simple.
Packed full of artificial sweeteners, colours, flavourings and preservatives; the ingredient lists read more like a science experiment than a health promoting shake.
Which is exactly why we created RITUAL! We wanted a way to provide all of the protein that you need, with absolutely nothing else that you don’t.
RITUAL is made from three key protein sources:
- Fermented pea protein
- Cold pressed hemp protein
- Quinoa protein
We then add a few simple ingredients for flavour, like organic cocoa powder in our dark chocolate blend, and vanilla powder in our vanilla one. Or, for our unflavoured version, we leave it exactly as it is!
They taste delicious, mix perfectly without any ‘chalky’ texture, and provide a solid 20g of protein in each serving.
For the past few weeks I have been testing RITUAL and it has quickly become one of the favourite parts of my daily routine!
It’s so easy to blend it into my morning smoothie, stir it into oatmeal, or even use the unflavoured version in savoury recipes.
