How I use our products

Hey there,

I get asked this a lot, so I figured I’d just write it out.

Here’s exactly how I use Voli on a typical day.

First thing in the morning, before coffee, before food, before anything, I mix a Voli Hydration. It’s just become automatic at this point. I wake up dehydrated, same as everyone, and I’ve noticed I feel sharper and less foggy when I start the day with it. It takes about 30 seconds and it sets the tone.

If I’m training in the morning, I’ll also take a Voli Energy before I head out. 100mg of green tea caffeine is roughly what you’d get in a cup of coffee, enough to feel it, not so much that you’re wired. And unlike coffee, I can mix it in cold water and drink it in about 30 seconds. No brewing, no waiting, no mess. I like that it doesn’t hit me hard and drop off fast. It’s just clean, steady energy that gets me through the workout.

Right now I’m also training jiu jitsu at night. On those days, if I’m feeling a little sluggish heading into the evening session, I’ll take another Voli Energy beforehand. I’ll be honest, I’m pretty caffeine adapted, so it doesn’t affect my sleep. If you’re more sensitive to caffeine, I’d keep Energy to the morning and skip it within 4-5 hours of bed.

Then before I go to sleep, I take a Voli Recovery. The reason I take it at night rather than right after training is intentional. There’s real science behind letting your body’s natural post-exercise process run first. Recovery is designed to support what happens while you sleep, not interrupt the adaptation process right after you finish.

That’s it. Hydration in the morning. Energy when I need to move. Recovery before bed.

All three are designed to be taken daily. A 15-pack is a 15-day supply, and it works best as a habit.

Hope that’s useful.
