Hey there,

I'll be honest, I was drinking plain water for years thinking I was doing the right thing. I was working out, staying active, and trying to take care of myself as best I could.

Water after every workout. Water first thing in the morning. I felt fine most of the time, but also kind of flat. It felt like something was missing.

Turns out plain water doesn't replace what you actually lose when you sweat: sodium, potassium, magnesium. The three electrolytes your body runs on.
