I wanted to reach out, introduce myself, and share why I’m so passionate about VYBES.
VYBES exists because I care greatly about the state of my mental health, and my mood shapes everything in my life.
In today’s fast-paced world, it’s never been more challenging to maintain a good mood. I started realizing how much mine shaped every single thing in my life: my work, my relationships, my friendships, my motivation. When my mood was off, everything else was too.
