Join Commerce for a community conversation — tell us what matters most to you
Everyone is invited to share input on potential agency-request legislation and program funding requests for the 2027 legislative session.
We will have in-person and online workshops about all of the agency's potential legislative work, including topics such as local government, economic development, equity, clean energy, and more.

Who's invited: Tribes, community leaders from local government, economic development, faith- and community-based organizations, educational institutions, social services, healthcare, businesses, law enforcement and all other sectors
We will cover specific topics are different times during the sessions. You can join at the times below to weigh in about specific topics:

Local government and capital programs: 10 a.m.

Economic development, energy: 11 a.m.

Community services, childcare, housing: 12 p.m.
We'll provide more information about the sessions once you register. Please note, compensation is not available for the in-person sessions. There is space for 30 participants in each hourly group session.

Who's invited: Tribes and tribal citizens, households, community leaders, elected officials, business owners
Community compensation is available to those who qualify. Community members can be compensated for one session per day. Spanish interpretation will be available.
