We recently sat down with Ziggy Razuki — Australian yoga teacher, meditation guide and holistic therapy coach — for an honest conversation about why so many of us feel more depleted than ever. His core insight is, perhaps surprisingly, simple:
There is a difference between a stressful situation and a stress response.
It is often not the event itself, but our internal response, that shapes how we experience it. "A lot of us are operating so far beyond capacity," Ziggy explains, "so any additional challenge feels overwhelming."
