Will here. I hope your holidays gave you space to slow down, breathe, and hit reset. For me, reset meant something a little… bigger this year.
Kelly and I packed up our life, our two small kids, and flew 27 hours to Vietnam, where we’ll be living for most of 2025. It’s not permanent, but it’s a hard restart—not just for us, but for Western Rise.
For the last 3 years, we’ve worked with scattered contractors and factories across five different countries. It had gotten too disconnected, too slow, and honestly, it wasn’t serving our vision anymore. So we gutted it.
We’ve brought everything back in-house, built a more streamlined, sustainable supply chain, set up an in-house team here in Vietnam, and created a system that lets us move faster, smarter, and with more creativity. The best part? I get to experiment again with small-batch styles—and that’s where the magic happens.
In the coming months, I’ll be sharing more from behind the scenes—factory visits, office setups, design deep dives, and a closer look at how your gear comes to life.
But before that, I wanted to share a few core Western Rise styles that carried me through this epic move. These aren’t just products—they’re proof of what happens when design, functionality, and adaptability come together.
Stay tuned—it’s going to be an exciting year.
