Will designs and makes — with the kind of attention to detail that comes from caring about the finished thing, not just the process. George keeps production running smoothly, working closely with Will to make sure everything stays on track.
Jossy is at the sewing machine, stitching the details that hold everything together. Yvonne packs the orders — and is the last person to check that everything is exactly right before it reaches you.
Then we have Emma who creates the most beautiful floral designs exclusively for us, each one a work of art full of stories and hidden depths.
In the shop, Bea and Ollie look after the people who come into the workshop — answering questions, helping with embossing choices, and generally making sure the in-person experience feels as considered as the products themselves.
And Immy photographs all of it: the leather, the light, the process — making sure what you see online reflects what's actually happening in the workshop.
It's a small team. That's deliberate.
