Can We Stop Reducing Women To Their Looks?

The dreaded 6 weeks summer holiday is here. I hear and feel your pain. I used to  look after everyone’s kids running an after school and holiday club. 60 little ones saying "Ruby!" a gazillion times a day.

All I want to say is you will get through this. I'm sure many of you have organised them to attend clubs or have some activities to do together. My fave place to go when my stepson was young was The Natural History Museum or Science Museum in London. The best part? They're free to visit!

The older he got the more we got into mountain biking. I genuinely miss our summer bike holiday: we'd throw 3 bikes on the roof rack, head far out and mountain bike for 6 hours. We'd be shattered by the end of it but they were good times. Now he's twenty years old, our time together consists of a meal or some drinks when he can squeeze us in between his busy schedule as a uni student! How times change!

Its been a hectic few weeks attending events up and down the country and this week was no different - our limited addition hair wrap launched this week and I am - as you will see - the model! Oh the joys of being a CEO for a bootstrapped business. Limited budgets mean being creative - even if that does mean stepping in front of the camera to model our amazing new products.

But our power print aims to rewrite these adjectives because we are more than that. We are also powerful, brave, strong and fearless which is why this print features these words in a bid to encourage us all to think and speak differently about ourselves.
