These invasive crabs are popping up all over the New England coast, where they prey on juvenile clams, oysters, and other native species while damaging fragile marsh ecosystems. As ocean temperatures warm, their populations continue to grow — and so does the need to remove them from local waters.
So we’re putting them on the menu.
Green crabs do not have much meat, but they’re packed with incredible flavor for stocks, soups, sauces, and bisques. Every order of them helps support healthier coastal ecosystems and local shellfish populations.
Our super-frozen whole green crabs are available in convenient 2 lb bags, with each bag yielding roughly 3 quarts of rich green crab stock.
