Participating properties only. Free Nights require 7,500 - 30,000 points per bedroom. Discounted Nights with Points + Cash require 750 - 6,000 points per bedroom, plus a cash payment (amount varies based on booking). You must have enough points for all bedrooms in desired accommodation to book with points. Free Nights & Discounted Nights with Points + Cash at hotels are for standard rooms. Per night resort fees payable at Caesars Entertainment properties; points can’t be used to pay them. Cancellation policies vary by property. Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in either the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms, or the Wyndham Rewards Insider program terms and conditions, available at www.wyndhamrewardsinsider.com/terms, as applicable. Exact discount level (15% or more, 20% or more, or 25% off the participating hotel’s Standard Rate) depends on length of stay and which Rate is booked. Subject to all Offer Terms:

• the Wyndham Rewards Rate will provide a discount of 15% or more off of a participating hotel’s Standard Rate for stays of two (2) consecutive nights, and 20% or more off of a participating hotel’s Standard Rate for stays of three (3) or more consecutive nights; and

• The Insider Rate will provide a discount of 20% off of a participating hotel’s Standard Rate for stays of two (2) consecutive nights, and 25% off of a participating hotel’s Standard Rate for stays of three (3) or more consecutive nights.

“Standard Rate” is defined as the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the brand sites for the hotel, date and accommodation requested.

“Direct Booking Channel” means: (i) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains; (ii) via the official toll-free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains by requesting the Wyndham Rewards Rate Offer or Insider Rate; (iii) onsite at a participating hotel, directly with such property by requesting the Wyndham Rewards Rate Offer or Insider Rate; or (iv) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App.

New bookings only; not applicable to group bookings. Reservation must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Cancel before 4 PM the day prior to scheduled check-in to avoid a one (1) night charge plus applicable taxes at most properties; some properties may require more advance notice. Contact individual hotel directly to confirm its cancelation policy.

Blackout dates, room type exclusions and other restrictions may apply and vary by individual hotel. Offer availability limited to participating hotels and is subject to availability at such hotels. It is possible that a Rate will not be available at certain hotels on all applicable dates. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation made pursuant to this offer may result in an ineligibility to receive the advertised discount. This offer and these Offer Terms are subject to cancellation or change at any time and void where prohibited.

U.S. residents who are not yet Wyndham Rewards Members will be automatically enrolled in the Wyndham Rewards Program upon completion of a reservation; to void enrollment, call Wyndham Rewards member services at 1-866-996-7937. Non-U.S. residents who are not yet Wyndham Rewards Members will be provided an option to enroll in the Wyndham Rewards Program at time of reservation. Enrollment is required to receive the advertised discount.

Tax is additional, and a Rate may not be combined with any other offer or discount other than applicable registration-based, bonus point promotions. Further, and for clarity, a Rate does not include resort/service fees, incidentals or gratuities or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed. Mandatory taxes and compulsory fees will be included in a Rate where required by applicable law.

⁵BILT Terms & Conditions: 

1. You must be a member of the Wyndham Rewards program in good standing to transfer your Bilt points.
2. Bilt points are transferred to Wyndham Rewards points at a 1:1 transfer ratio.
3. Transfers of Bilt points to Wyndham Rewards points must be in 1000-point increments. You may transfer no more than 1,000,000 Bilt points to Wyndham Rewards points per day. You must also ensure that the account holder's name in both your Bilt account and Wyndham Rewards account match in order to successfully complete the transfer of Bilt points to Wyndham Rewards points.
4. In most cases, the transfer will be immediate, but please allow up to 48 hours for the transfer to be completed. You will receive an email from Bilt once the transfer has been completed.
4. Once you have transferred Bilt Points to Wyndham Rewards points, the transfer cannot be reversed. They are no longer Bilt Points and they become subject to the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions.
6. Bilt is not responsible for pricing at participating Wyndham Rewards hotels or any other benefits of the Wyndham Rewards program.
7. All redemptions of Wyndham Rewards points, as well as Wyndham Rewards membership, are subject to the Wyndham Rewards terms and conditions.

⁶Wyndham Rewards Debit Card Terms & Conditions:
Ongoing Rewards. Capitalized terms used without definition in these terms and conditions will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards Debit Card Points Earning Terms (the “Points Earning Terms”). You can earn Points on purchases you make using your Card. You will earn 1 Point for every $1 spent on Net Purchases at gas stations, grocery stores, and participating Wyndham brand hotels. You will earn 1 Point for every $2 spent on all other Net Purchases. All Points earned through the use of your Card will be transferred to your Rewards Account after the close of each Card Account monthly statement. Points are calculated on the Net Purchase amount of each transaction will be awarded based on merchant category codes as defined by Mastercard, including gas stations and automated fuel dispensers (5541 & 5542), grocery stores and supermarkets (5411), and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. We are not responsible for incorrect coding by merchants.

Purchase transactions, including in-store, internet purchases, phone or mail order purchases, and bill payment using the Card number and expiration date qualify for Points earning, including bonus Points. ATM withdrawals, transactions that include cash back at point of sale, quasi-cash or cash-like transactions, peer-to-peer payment app transactions, lottery tickets, disputed or unauthorized purchases, and fees do not qualify for Points earning. We have the right in our sole discretion to determine whether a transaction is eligible to earn Points, and have the right to deny Points on a transaction that is deemed ineligible.

There is no limit to the total Points you can earn as long as the Wyndham Rewards Program continues and your Card Account is open, active, in good standing and linked to an active Rewards Account. Welcome Bonus. You are eligible to receive a one-time bonus of 2,500 Points when you satisfy all of the following requirements within 90 days of Card Account opening:

· Establish and receive at least 2 direct deposits, recurring monthly or more frequently, AND

· Make at least $100 in Net Purchases using your Card. Net Purchases are all purchases made using the Card, excluding any returns, refunds, or adjustments.

The welcome bonus must be earned within 90 days of Card Account opening. It will be transferred to your Wyndham Rewards Member Account (“Rewards Account”) within 6 to 8 weeks after the 90th day from Card Account opening, provided your Card Account is open and in good standing at the time of transfer.

⁷Subscription Terms & Conditions, Including Information About Auto-Renewal & Cancellation:

Wyndham Rewards Insider Program is a paid subscription program that auto renews each year until you cancel. You will be charged $95.00 on the date you subscribe, and, for individuals who subscribe to Wyndham Rewards Insider for the first time on or before December 31, 2026, the first year of your subscription will be extended by two months for a 14-month initial term (plus you'll receive a one-time award of 7,500 Wyndham Rewards points). At the end of your initial term and annually thereafter, your subscription will automatically renew for a 12-month period for the annual fee of $95 (or the then current price). To avoid further charges, cancel your subscription at least one day prior to your next renewal date by visiting your online Wyndham Rewards Insider account or by calling (800) 805-5194. After cancellation, you may continue to use your Wyndham Rewards Insider benefits for the remainder of the term, but you will not receive a pro-rated refund for the remainder of the term. Renewal payments will be charged to the same payment method that you use to start your subscription unless you update your payment information in your Wyndham Rewards Insider account prior to your next charge.
