Modern life can leave us feeling tight, stiff, and disconnected from our bodies without even realizing it. This week’s theme, Your Body Wants This, is all about giving your body what it’s quietly been asking for: movement that feels good, releases tension, and helps you move through your day with more ease.
Gentle stretching, mobility work, and mindful movement can improve flexibility, reduce stiffness, and help you feel more comfortable in your body—without needing an intense workout or complicated routine.
We have two new classes this week designed to support this theme—one soothing, feel-good flow with Marco and one full-body stretch practice with Lori to help you loosen up and feel refreshed from head to toe.

What an extraordinary experience our Greece I & II Yoga Retreats turned out to be!
Over the course of two sold-out retreats, more than 50 amazing guests joined us on the stunning Mykonos coast for a week of yoga, sunshine, connection, laughter, incredible meals, and unforgettable memories.
From sunrise practices overlooking the Aegean sea to Greek-inspired meals shared with new friends, these retreats reminded us why this community is so special.

Thank you for bringing your energy, openness, kindness, and adventurous spirit. Watching friendships form, confidence grow, and people truly relax and reconnect was the greatest gift we could ask for.
The magic of these retreats comes from the people who attend them, and both Greece groups were simply exceptional!
Guests spent their days enjoying daily yoga classes, relaxing by the pools, exploring charming Mykonos Town, taking boat excursions, savoring incredible Mediterranean cuisine, and soaking in the beauty and slower pace of island life. Many arrived as solo travelers and left with lots of new friends.
