Clos Fourtet 2025

One of the most precise limestone-driven wines of the vintage, showing vivid blackcurrant, blueberry, crushed stone and floral lift. 2025 is all about tension and clarity, with a cool, energetic core that keeps the dense fruit in check. The tannins are firm but finely grained, extending the wine in a straight, mineral line rather than a broad curve, finishing long, saline and sharply defined.

Château Pavie Macquin 2025

Under the direction of Nicolas and Cyrille Thienpont, the wine is crafted through gravity-fed whole-berry vinification in concrete vats, followed by reductive ageing on fine lees with limited rackings, preserving purity and tension. The result is a poised Saint-Émilion of limestone depth, combining finesse, structure, and quiet intensity in a refined expression of the vintage.

Château Beau-Séjour Bécot 2025

Juliette Bécot uses parcel vinification with controlled extraction and élevage in oak tailored to preserve aromatic lift and texture. It shows a lifted and expressive profile, where red and dark fruit are carried by fine tannins and a fresh limestone frame, resulting in a wine that feels open, polished, and finely balanced across the palate. As a value-driven expression of the Right Bank, Joanin Bécot focuses on purity of fruit and immediate drinkability, with a supple, forward style that privileges charm and generosity.

Château Troplong Mondot 2025

Perched atop the limestone plateau of Mondot, the highest point in Saint-Émilion, Troplong Mondot produced one of the most acclaimed wines of the 2025 vintage. The estate's unique clay-limestone terroir handled the year's heat remarkably well, delivering a wine of striking purity, freshness and depth. A blend of 85% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Cabernet Franc, aged partly in foudre to enhance finesse and preserve terroir expression.

L’If 2025

The unusually high proportion of Cabernet Franc (25%) in this vintage of L’If brings remarkable aromatic lift, with notes of flowers, graphite over a distinctly chalky, saline core. The 2025 vintage, produced from a vineyard that has undergone extensive replanting and refinement since Jacques Thienpont took over, is widely regarded as the finest release to date.
