Turns out, you can go home again. After more than six years living stateside, it sounds like the royal family’s most controversial couple is returning to greener — or at least, more British — pastures. That’s right — Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, and their two children are heading home to jolly old England. As a bit of a refresher, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex ditched their royal duties and decamped to California in 2020 after years of ruthless tabloid coverage and constant vitriol from Meghan’s legion of dedicated haters. Since then the family has lived in sunny Montecito, where Harry published a bridge-burning tell-all (who could forget Lip Gloss Gate?), and Meghan got into the jam business. They made a few projects for Netflix (no, not a Suits reboot). But that’s mostly in the past now (although the jam seemingly will continue), as the fam is said to be relocating posthaste in order for Archie and Lilibet to start school next month in the UK.

If you’re surprised by the Sussexes grand return, you’re not alone. Harry’s dad (who is, you know, the King) reportedly only heard the news a few days before the rest of us. But it does sound like their extended rift with Harry’s family has softened at least a smidge since the Oprah interview heard round the world — last month, the Sussexes paid a visit to Britain, where Archie and Lilibet spent some quality time with Grandpa Charles after four years apart. Still, don’t expect Meghan to don a tiara anytime soon — according to The Telegraph, the family will steer clear of royal life, and set up house in a private (aka not funded, in part, by taxpayers) residence. Many questions remain about their homecoming — will Harry and his brother ever bury the hatchet? (Don’t hold your breath.) How will the notoriously creative British press scold Meghan for her rumored return to acting? (The producers of The Crown have the opportunity to do the funniest thing ever.) And most pressingly, what are the odds we can get Meghan as a guest judge on The Great British Bake Off?

When the world needed her most, she reappeared. Long after her namesake program wrapped up in 2002, Rosie O’Donnell returned to a talk show desk this past week, filling in for Jimmy Kimmel while he’s off on vacation. Naturally, she made the most of the occasion. The former Rockford Peach showed up for her debut Monday in a suit straight out of the Pink Pony Club, gave away copies of her bestie’s new album, and decorated her desk with so many toys we thought we were back on the set of The Rosie O'Donnell Show. (We just wish she brought the one we begged our parents for.) And of course, she had a few words for her number-one opp. (You can probably surmise who “Mango Mussolini” is.) In her first opening monologue, she even addressed him directly, without ever saying his name: “Hi! I know you’re watching!” Look, we know Rosie is having a lovely time living in Ireland, but if she ever wants to come back and make her permanent return to television…well, we’d probably react like she did here.

Break out your paintball guns. One of the greatest rom-coms of all time (argue with the wall) is heading to Broadway, with a script by Lena Dunham and music by Carly Rae Jepsen. Consider us whelmed.

The headliners are ridiculous: Zoe Saldaña plays Joe, a CIA station chief slash special ops baller; Nicole Kidman is her unflinching, exceptionally tailored boss; Michael Kelly, aka Doug Stamper, plays her boss, and Morgan Freeman — really — is his boss. The supporting cast, aided by breakout star Laysla De Oliveira, is equal parts badass and hilarious. The show Skimms geopolitics better than the Ezra Klein podcast. Best of all, it's a little bit gay.
